Tyne Engineering has been providing pilot plant design and manufacturing of complex process plants for customers for over 25 years.  Pilot plants or skid mount pilot systems for research and development or full scale production facilities can help meet schedules and control costs.  Pilot plants provide the opportunity to early identify and resolve problems, improve efficiencies, train personnel and facilitate efficient operation and maintenance.

Tyne engineers will collaborate with the customer to provide a pilot plant design that functions as if it were the final system. The small scale pilot creates the rich opportunity to implement improvements in design and process. 

Process control systems may be made precisely the same as for the final plant, and scaling of the control system and any software programs can apply to the finished plant. Pilot plants result in better and simpler final solutions, and often be built in parallel with the full scale to eliminate scheduling delays.  The building of the pilot provides the opportunity for operator and maintenance personnel training and further collaborative feedback on design and process.
